From modern and contemporary properties to craftsman homes on large lots, the city is predominately comprised of vast residential neighborhoods interspersed with local stores, restaurants and small retail shops. Condominiums are priced from $200,000 to $450,000 and up while townhouses range in price from $200,000 to $600,000 depending on the size and location.

Homes are mainly located in quiet neighborhoods on long city blocks. Single-family homes are priced from $250,000 to $700,000 and higher. Most single-family residences are situated near elementary schools and small neighborhood parks and community centers.
